Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the puppy must be in good health condition .

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your puppy for another puppy , please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will be happy to help you find a suitable replacement for your puppy . Please note that we do not offer exchanges for puppy that’s not in good health condition after purchase .

Defective Puppy

f your puppy is defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the replacement process. We may ask you to provide photos of the defective or damaged puppy to help us improve our quality control processes.

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your puppy. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your puppy’s shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned puppy, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.

Non-Refundable Products

Some products are non-refundable due to health and safety reasons. These products include:

Custom Orders
